JUDGE NOT

Something mumsie got out of one of the Sunday's newsletter

I was shocked, confused, bewildered
As I entered Heaven's door,
Not by the beauty of it all
Nor the lights or its decor.

But it was the folks in Heaven
Who made me sputter and gasp -
The thieves, the liars, the sinners
The alcoholics and the trash.

There stood the kid from seventh grade
Who swiped my lunch money twice!
Next to him was my old neighbour
Who never said anything nice.

The person who I always thought
Was rotting away in hell,
Was sitting pretty on cloud nine
Looking incredibly well.

I nudged Jesus, "What's the deal?
I would love to hear Your take,
How'd all these sinners get up here?
God must've made a mistake."

"And why's everyone so quiet
So somber - give me a clue."
"Hush, child," He said, "they're all in shock,
No one thought they'd be seeing you."

JUDGE NOT

Going to church doesn't make you a Christian.
Every saint has a PAST. Every sinner has a FUTURE.

And below is something mumsie would also like to share with those of you who is wondering
"Why God is so hard...???" Yeah sometimes the "fella" up there does seems very hard..
We were told that our GOD is kind and loving and NEVER PUNISHES anyone...
But sometimes God gives an image that shows Him seated on a throne meting out punishment on the sinful. And who amongst us has no sin??
Mumsie believes that He hears every prayer and answers them. So then why does a person still die form sickness? Doe He not heals??? It perhaps is about what that person is thinking, feeling and thus believeing, that obstructs God's miracles from happening.
Mumsie has seached for God for many years. Yet mumsie didn't find Him in church, or in the bible or in any person...Mumsie found Him, in mumsie's suffering. "The more painful it is, the more real He is ."
Therefore in the misdst of one's sufferings emerges a hero. People can sympathise with us but they can nevery truly know our suffering unless they have experienced it...No matter how many people are at our side, you still suffers alone...Hopefully and eventually all these sufferings will pave the way for one's discovery of God..His meaning in one's life and the meaning of the Universe and how and what one can do to give oneself in helping others.

It is true that God is always with us through thick and thin.

In hardship times, He is infact preparing us to be a better person. However, more than not, we always don't get it due to our mind being surrounded by negativies.

Certain things laid down by Him are not verifiable/justifiable. We need to accept and eventually the lesson behind them will be discovered.

Whatever we ask for we get as He answers them. Our prayers maybe shadowed by the darksides. Does He answer all prayers with thoughtfulness/guidance? Are that suitable for us?

I can't disagree that one will never know or understand another's pain/joy if they have not encountered it. Therefore, there is a saying..."don't judge others, everyone have their rights and reasons for doing certain things, just learn to respect"

All God's doings are simply to make this Universe a better place. We are the chosen ones to be here to help Him accomplished them.

If only other people to just see the same.

Am I overanalysing? I continue to search for all rationale for each actions...
